Barry’s Bootcamp is a group fitness class that involves cardio and strength training in each class. Last week, I took a class at Barry’s Bootcamp in Boston called the “Full Body” workout. Thanks, to blogger Little Miss Runshine, we were able to attend this class and have an awesome workout. Our class was led by Chad, whose enthusiastic attitude was very motivating. Every fifteen minutes for one hour, we rotated from the treadmills to the floor. We ran at a variety of speeds and inclines and then switched over to weights and other floor workouts such as squats and burpees. The fitness center has a modern, clean, and upbeat atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located right in Downtown Crossing, Barry’s Bootcamp is very easy to find. When you’re done with the class you can buy a smoothie or snack from their “Fuel Bar” and then take a nice shower using the Malin + Goetz bath products. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and an extremely intense work out. I felt so good after the class and would definitely go back.
